Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 oz Chicken Breast Halves (Boneless Skinless)
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1/4 cup Swiss Cheese or havarti
  • 1 tsp Butter melted
  • 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° f (180° c).
  2. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and oregano.
  3. Pound the chicken breast thin between pieces of cling wrap.
  4. Cover with havarti or swiss chesse.
  5. Roll up and brush with butter.
  6. Roll in crumb mixture.
  7. Bake at 350° f (180° c) for 30 minutes.
  8. Add sauce and bake 10 minutes more.
