Ingredients
- 1 cup Feta Cheese cubed
- 1/2 cup Cucumbers sliced
- 1/2 cup Sweet Red Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives pitted, halved
- 1/2 cup Onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Salt And Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Oregano to taste
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Pasta cooked, drained, cooled, optional
Directions
- Drain the cheese, cube it and place it in a large salad bowl.
- Add the cucumbers, red peppers, olives, tomatoes, onion and pasta and mix well.
- Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper and lemon juice in a bowl and then pour over the salad and toss.
