Ingredients
- 1 pound Beef Liver sliced
- 2 medium Apples chopped
- 1 medium Onions chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 6 slices Bacon cut in pieces
- 1/4 cup Water or beef bouillon
Directions
- Place liver in greased shallow casserole. Cover with apples, onion, salt, and pepper. Top with bacon pieces and add liquid.
- Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, removing cover during last 20 minutes of baking.
