Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef Liver sliced
  • 2 medium Apples chopped
  • 1 medium Onions chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 slices Bacon cut in pieces
  • 1/4 cup Water or beef bouillon

Directions

  1. Place liver in greased shallow casserole. Cover with apples, onion, salt, and pepper. Top with bacon pieces and add liquid.
  2. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, removing cover during last 20 minutes of baking.
