Ingredients

  • 6 large Egg, Hard-Boiled cooled, peeled, and halved lengthwise, yolks reserved in small bowl and mashed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Celery strings removed, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Honey Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Red Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tsp Shallots or sweet onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Tarragon Leaves dried
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 pinch Curry Powder Madras is best
  • 1 tsp Paprika for garnishing tops of eggs

Directions

  1. In small bowl with the mashed egg yolks, add all remaining ingredients except for the hollowed egg whites and the paprika. Mix well; fill the whites with mixture using a spoon or piping bag with decorative tip (not too small of an opening). Sprinkle each deviled egg half with the paprika, if desired.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
