Ingredients

Cake

  • 5 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Sugar granulated
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter

Milk Syrup

  • 2 cups Milk whole
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 12 oz Evaporated Milk

Cream Frosting

  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Sugar granulated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° f (180° c).
  2. Grease and flour a 9; by 13 inch baking pan.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder together and set aside.
  4. Cream butter and 1 cup of the sugar together until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, beat.
  6. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture 2 tablespoons at a time, mix until well blended.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  8. Bake at 350° f (180° c) f for 30 minutes.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Pierce cake several times with a fork.
  11. Combine the whole milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk together.
  12. Pour over the top of the cooled cake.
  13. Whip the cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup of sugar together until thick.
  14. Spread over the top of the cake.
