Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Low-Fat Yogurt plain
  • 2 large Bananas ripe
  • 2 tsp Ginger fresh and grated
  • 1 large Papayas
  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes
  • 1/4 cup Almonds sliced

Directions

  1. Blend together yogurt, banana, and ginger in blender.
  2. Spoon out meat of papaya and divide papaya and grapes between two bowls.
  3. Mix with blended yogurt and top with sliced almonds.
