Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise reduced calorie or regular
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream fat free or regular
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 dash Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 1/2 cups Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes red or green seedless, cut in half
  • 3/4 cup Celery sliced
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts coarsley chopped
  • 1 Kosher Salt to taste
  • 1 Black Pepper ground, to taste
  • 4 large Lettuce Leaves

Directions

  1. With a wire whisk, combine well the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and lemon juice. Add diced apples; mix well to prevent the apples from discoloring. Add grapes, celery and grapes; season to taste. Chill well before serving on lettuce leaves.
