Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds toasted
- 2 tablespoons White Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ginger minced
- 4 tsp Tamari Soy Sauce japanese style
- 1 cup Radishes julienned
- 1 cup Cucumbers julienned
- 4 cups Iceberg Lettuce shredded
- 2 tsp Cilantro or parsley, minced fresh
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Combine radishes, cucumber and 3 tablespoons dressing; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toss lettuce with cilantro in large bowl.
- Pour radish mixture and remaining dressing over lettuce; toss lightly to combine.
