Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 4 tsp Tamari Soy Sauce japanese style
  • 1 cup Radishes julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumbers julienned
  • 4 cups Iceberg Lettuce shredded
  • 2 tsp Cilantro or parsley, minced fresh

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Combine radishes, cucumber and 3 tablespoons dressing; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Toss lettuce with cilantro in large bowl.
  4. Pour radish mixture and remaining dressing over lettuce; toss lightly to combine.
