Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Cod Fillets
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Leaves freshly chopped
  • 1 Salt And Black Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° f (180° c) f (175 degrees c).
  2. Rinse and dry cod fillets.
  3. Place fillets in a lightly greased casserole dish.
  4. Pour salsa over fish.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
  6. Ake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm over rice.
