Ingredients

  • 15 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) canned, drained
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini (Sesame Paste)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Water or as needed
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced roasted is yummy too.
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley Leaves chopped, optional
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 Black Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Blend in blender. Add more water if needed. Stir in parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
