MarNai's Hummus (#2079)

- 15 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) canned, drained
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Tahini (Sesame Paste)
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Water or as needed
- 2 tsp Garlic minced roasted is yummy too.
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Parsley Leaves chopped, optional
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 Black Pepper to taste
- Blend in blender. Add more water if needed. Stir in parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
