Ingredients

  • 1 large Hamburger Buns cut in half, lightly toast and butter toasted flat surfaces.
  • 1 Tbsp Sauce any your favortie
  • 1 Hamburger Patties vegetarian, cooked, see the linked recipes below
  • 1 slice Pineapple lightly fried or grilled
  • 1/2 cup Onions caramelized
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms sauteed with a bit oil and minced garlic
  • 1 slice Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 slice Beets roasted or canned, cut into rounds
  • 1 large Eggs fried slowly in a metal egg frying ring

Directions

  1. Spread the sauce evenly on the bottom half of the hamburger bun.
  2. Place the veggie patty over the sauce, then arrange the grilled pineapple ring on top of the veggie patty.
  3. Spoon the caramelized onion over the pineapple slice.
  4. Next place the tomato slice, then top with sauteed mushrooms.
  5. Arrange the roasted beets on top of the mushrooms.
  6. Finally place the fried egg on top, and sprinkle with the shredded lettuce.
  7. Serve with dilled pickle and more sauce if needed.
