Ingredients

  • 2 cups Biscuit Baking Mix (Bisquick)
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 Salt And Black Pepper
  • 14 oz Canned Tuna drained
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Slices, Processed sharp, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup Pimentos chopped
  • 1/3 cup Celery chopped

Tuna Celery Sauce

  • 1 Cream Of Celery Soup canned
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 Canned Tuna

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 deg.
  2. Grease 9x9 inch pan.
  3. Mix biscuit mix, milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
  4. Beat vigorously 30 sec.
  5. Stir in 1 1/2 cans tuna, 1/4 cup cheese, onion, pimiento and celery.
  6. Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over top.
  7. Bake 30 to 35 mins.
  8. Serve hot with tuna celery sauce.
  9. Tuna celery sauce:
  10. In small saucepan, mix soup, milk and remaining tuna.
  11. Heat through.
