Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Carrots peeled, sliced
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 Tomato Soup can
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Peel, chop and cook carrots for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cool and add chopped onion and green pepper.
  3. In blender combine remaining ingredients well.
  4. Pour over the salad and refridgerate overnight.
