Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets about 1/2 head
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced, optional
  • 1 Salt And Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts toasted
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese or shaved
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries

Directions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes or until fork tender.
  2. Transfer to a large mixing bowl along with olive oil, garlic if using, salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Add the toasted walnuts and dried cranberries, and gently toss until evenly combined.
  4. Divide among two serving plates, and top with parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
