Ingredients

  • 250 grams Noodles
  • 100 grams Carrots shredded
  • 100 grams Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Bell Peppers shredded
  • 1 whole Onions shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper or to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 150 ml Bechamel (White) Sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables

Directions

  1. Boil the noodles when it is cooked, keep it aside and let the water drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 cup degree.
  3. In a pan heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
  4. Add ginger, garlic and onion, sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Add carrot, cabbage and bell pepper, cook 3 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper vegetable cube and salt. Mix well.
  7. After the sauce starts to boil, add the cooked noodles and mix well.
  8. After a few minutes remove from heat.
  9. Add onion and 75 ml white sauce.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Grease a round pan (8 inch diameter).
  12. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and put the noodles in greased pan.
  13. Press down the noodles.
  14. Pour 75 ml white sauce on noodles and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  15. Bake 20 minutes until it's cooked through.
  16. Serve hot. Enjoy.
