Ingredients

  • 1 pound Green Beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Leaves freshly chopped flat-leaf
  • 1 Tbsp Almonds sliced, toasted
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon rind, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Directions

  1. Steam beans, covered, 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Drain and return to pan.
  3. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
