Ingredients
- 1 pound Green Beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoons Parsley Leaves freshly chopped flat-leaf
- 1 Tbsp Almonds sliced, toasted
- 1/4 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice fresh
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 clove Garlic minced
Directions
- Steam beans, covered, 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Drain and return to pan.
- Add parsley and remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
