Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound Asparagus
  • 1 Nonstick Cooking Spray
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 3/4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1/ 8 tsp Cayenne Pepper or more to taste
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
  3. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; brush with sesame oil.
  4. Bake at 450°for 10 minutes or until just tender.
  5. Remove sheet from oven.
  6. Add vinegar, sesame seeds, red pepper, salt and black pepper to asparagus, tossing gently to combine.
  7. Sprink the cheese on top.
  8. Serve warm or room temparature.
