Ingredients

  • 1 oz Red Chili Peppers dried
  • 1 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Caraway Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Soak chilies in hot water 1 hour.
  2. Drain well; pat dry.
  3. Grind to a smooth paste with garlic, spices and salt.
  4. Add enough olive oil to cover surface.
  5. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
