Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup Almonds ground
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg ground
  • 1 Apples sliced, as needed
  • 1 Powdered Sugar to dust

Directions

  1. Beat together butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Add flour sour cream almonds soda and nutmeg.
  4. Stir to blend. Fill muffin tin.
  5. Arrange sliced apples on top.
  6. Bake at 350° f (180° c) f for 20 to 25 min. Cool then dust with icing sugar.
