Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Milk
  • 150 grams Sugar
  • 30 grams Unflavored Gelatin
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Papayas puree

Directions

  1. Heat the milk in saucepan over a low heat, until it begins to boil.
  2. Beaten eggs yolk and sugar until creamy, add the egg mixture into milk.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over water in a small bowl, let stand until softened and put into milk.
  4. Pour milk mixture into bowl to cool, beat egg whites until foamy.
  5. Mix the papaya purée and vanilla into milk mixture and combine egg whites.
  6. Pour the milk mixture into greased molds and refrigerate to set for an one hour.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
