Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger freshly grated
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic minced
  • 4 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 1/2 pounds Mushrooms mixed, thickly sliced, such as shiitake (stemmed), oyster and white
  • 2 bunches Scallions, Spring Or Green Onions cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°f.
  2. Combine oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add mushrooms and scallions and toss to coat.
  4. Transfer to a roasting pan.
  5. Roast, stirring once or twice, until browned and cooked through, about 25 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
