Baked Potatoes (#1690)

- 2 Russet Potatoes
- 4 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 Chives freshly finely chopped, or scallions, as needed
- Preheat oven to 350° f (180° c) degree.
- Wrap the potatoes into foil paper, baking until tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cool until you can handle.
- Split the potatoes with a knife, and top with 2 tablespoons of sour cream each potato, sprinkle some chives.
- Serve warm.
