Chunky Blueberry Sauce (#1686)

- 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest freshly grated
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Stir blueberries, honey, lemon zest and juice in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, 15 to 17 minutes.
- Cool for about 10 minutes, serve warm.
