Ingredients

  • 150 grams Cottage Cheese
  • 100 grams White Radish grated finely, it may be replaced with radish or black radish
  • 3 grams Seaweed wakame, dried, crushed into smaller pieces
  • 1 Tbsp Basil fresh, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp Garlic bear's garlic, dried
  • 1 Lettuce Leaves mix
  • 100 ml Water room temperature
  • 1 Salt And White Pepper ground

Directions

  1. 1 - soak the wakame seaweed in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Prepare the radish and the basil. 2 - remove the seaweed from water and blanch it for few seconds, then cool under cold water. 3 - put cottage cheese into a bowl, and pour in water from the soaking seaweed. Stir using a teaspoon. You may add water gradually to obtain the desired consistency. 4 - add the radish, basil and bear's garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. 5 - arrange a plate with some lettuce leaves. Put a portion of mixture onto it, and top with a portion of the seaweed.
