Ingredients

  • 4 Caribou Steaks or 8 small chops
  • 1 Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine mustard and horseradish.
  3. Smear this mixture on each side of the steaks so that the steaks are fully coated on both sides.
  4. Pan fry in hot oil til browned--medium rare.
  5. Probe a steak with a fork and as soon as the juices run clear, steaks are done.
