Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pecans shelled and ground
  • 8 1/2 oz Chocolate Wafers crushed
  • 1/2 cup Dark Rum
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 Shredded Desiccated Coconut

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar, in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Chill for 20 minutes.
  4. Shape by spoonful into round balls. Store in a tightly covered, airtight container.
  5. Just before serving or giving, roll in flaked coconut.
  6. Makes 100 balls.
