Ingredients

  • 1 slices White Bread leftover
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Leaves dried
  • 1 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1 tsp Basil dried
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Directions

  1. Save leftover bread and dry it (either out on your counter or in the oven at 250 degrees f for about 15 minutes) until completely dry and crisp.
  2. Using your food processor or blender mix all ingredients together. You can also use a rolling pin between sheets of waxed paper to make fine bread crumbs.
  3. Save these crumbs.
  4. They are useful in a wide variety of ways.
  5. Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator and use within 2 months.
