Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter room temperature
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 cups Rolled Oats raw
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugars, beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in flour, oats and cranberries.
  3. Shape dough into 2 inch balls, place on greased baking sheets and flatten slightly.
  4. Bake at 325° f (160° c) until lightly browned, about 12 to 15 min.
  5. Remove and cool on wire racks.
