Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice cooked
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Green Bell Peppers chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 3 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 1 can Water Chestnuts water chestnut, sliced

Directions

  1. Sauté onion and green pepper until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in rice, chestnuts, mushrooms and soy sauce.
  3. Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in beaten eggs, and cook 3 minutes longer stirring occasionally.
  5. Cooked cubed pork, beef or lamb can be added for varieties.
