Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats regular
  • 1/4 cup Biscuit Baking Mix (Bisquick)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter softened
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Biscuit Baking Mix (Bisquick)
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Applesauce chunky
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Eggs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425° f (220° c).
  2. Grease jelly roll pan.
  3. Mix oats, 1/4 cup bisquick, brown sugar, butter (or margarine) and cinnamon. Reserve.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well-blended.
  5. Pour into pan.
  6. Spread batter to edges.
  7. Sprinkle with oats mixture.
  8. Bake 14 to 16 minutes, or until light golden brown.
  9. Cut into 6 pieces and serve.
