Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet Red Bell Peppers seeded and sliced
  • 1 Sweet Yellow Bell Peppers seeded and sliced
  • 1 Carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup Napa (Chinese) Cabbage sliced
  • 1/2 cup Celery sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro freshly chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic miinced, or more to taste
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 Lemon Juice to taste

Directions

  1. Mix well every ingredient in a large serving bowl.
  2. Put the salad in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve.
