Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Cucumbers peeled, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Mint Leaves fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds roasted
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Beat lightly with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
