Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup Spinach cooked, minced, well-drained
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together 2 1/4 cups of the flour and salt.
  2. Make a well in the center.
  3. Combine eggs, spinach, water, and oil; add to flour and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining flour on a board.
  5. Knead for 10 minutes, let rest for 10 minutes, cut into desired shape.
  6. Makes 1 1/4 pounds fresh pasta.
