Ingredients

  • 3 cups Corn fresh, cooked
  • 10 oz Canned Kidney Beans drained
  • 1 Sweet Red Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Peppers chopped
  • 3 Scallions, Spring Or Green Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Directions

  1. Gently toss together all ingredients and chill several hours before serving.
