Ingredients

  • 2 Noodles
  • 1.5 pkg (3 oz) Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup Celery sliced
  • 1/2 cups Sweet Red Bell Peppers sliced
  • 4 cups Bok Choy chopped
  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 stick Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to instructions. Set noddles aside
  2. Heat canola oil in a large frying pan.
  3. Set on medium-high heat. Add garlic. Stir garlic frequently until garlic is browned. Add shrimp. Sauté approx 3 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Add celery, red bell pepper, bok choy and mushrooms.
  5. Sauté approx. 2 minutes.
  6. Add sea salt to taste.
  7. Stir in noodles. Mix thoroughly for one minutes.
  8. Turn off heat.
  9. Sprinkle cilantro on top.
  10. Add black pepper to taste.
  11. Squeeze lime all over.
