Ingredients
- 2 Noodles
- 1.5 pkg (3 oz) Shrimp
- 1/2 cup Celery sliced
- 1/2 cups Sweet Red Bell Peppers sliced
- 4 cups Bok Choy chopped
- 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic minced
- 2 stick Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
Directions
- Cook noodles according to instructions. Set noddles aside
- Heat canola oil in a large frying pan.
- Set on medium-high heat. Add garlic. Stir garlic frequently until garlic is browned. Add shrimp. Sauté approx 3 minutes until cooked through.
- Add celery, red bell pepper, bok choy and mushrooms.
- Sauté approx. 2 minutes.
- Add sea salt to taste.
- Stir in noodles. Mix thoroughly for one minutes.
- Turn off heat.
- Sprinkle cilantro on top.
- Add black pepper to taste.
- Squeeze lime all over.
