Ingredients

  • 5 oz Sugar
  • 2 oz Margarine
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 8 oz Self-Rising Flour

Directions

  1. Cream sugar, margarine and eggs together.
  2. Add 1/3 of flour and mix.
  3. Stir in 1/2 banana mixture.
  4. Stir in half of remaining flour and then remaining banana.
  5. Mix in remaining flour.
  6. Pour into lined loaf tin and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at gas 5.
  7. Remove from tin and allow to cool before serving.
