Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados ripe
  • 2 Limes juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro freshly chopped
  • 1/2 Sweet Red Bell Peppers finley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 Red Hot Pepper Sauce to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the avocados, remove the pits and chop into chunks.
  2. In a food processor, blend the avocado, lime juice, cilantro, sweet bell pepper, olive oil, salt and hot chili sauce until puree.
  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or any your favorite chips.
