Ingredients

  • 1 medium Romaine Lettuce head, torn
  • 3 small Tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium Cucumbers sliced
  • 1 small Green Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 small Onions cut into rings
  • 6 Radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Parsley Leaves chopped
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic Cloves crushed
  • 1 Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Mint Leaves
  • 3 Pita Bread halves

Directions

  1. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion, radishes and parsley in a salad bowl.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and mint.
  3. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately with warm pita halves.
