Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Garlic Cloves
  • 16 oz Beef Stock two cans
  • 15 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) or garbanzo
  • 14 oz Canned Tomatoes undrained
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Bay Leaves
  • 1 cup Zucchini
  • 1 Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Brown the sausage. Combine all but zucchini in the crockpot and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Add zucchini and cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve with parmesan cheese.
