Ingredients

For The White Sauce

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Basil dried
  • 1 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Dill Weed add little at a time..to taste
  • 1 tsp Parsley Leaves
  • 1 dash Steak Seasoning adds extra flavor

For The Pizza Crust

  • 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough Pizza

For The Topping

  • 1 or 2 heads Broccoli Florets depending on size; rinsed and thinly sliced
  • 1 head Cauliflower Florets remove core, rinsed and thinly sliced
  • 1 Sweet Red Bell Peppers or yellow, green, thinly sliced
  • 1 Radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 Scallions, Spring Or Green Onions use both green and white ends
  • 1 Carrots slivers
  • 1 Cheese cheddar, or cheese you like.

Directions

  1. Bake at 400° until browned, about 15 minutes.
  2. Smear white sauce mixture over the crust.
  3. Evenly top with sliced vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top, or you can use parmesan or mozzarella, whatever cheese you like or have on hand.
  5. Put in fridge until time to serve.
  6. Cut in squares.

White Sauce

  1. For white sauce mix together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, basil, oregano, garlic powder, dill, parsley, add a dash of Montreal steak seasoning for added flavor.

Crust

  1. Take 2 cans of crescents rolls or pizza dough and mash then out onto a greased large cookie sheet, leaving just a small edge all around.
