Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 6 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Bananas
  • 1 can Pineapple crushed
  • 1/2 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Sugar to taste
  • 1 Nuts chopped
  • 1 Maraschino Cherries

Directions

  1. Mix butter and 1/2 cup sugar and cracker crumbs together.
  2. Press into 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 5 minutes at 375° f (190° c).
  4. Allow crust to cool.
  5. Cream together cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
  6. Spread over cooled crust.
  7. Slice bananas, pour pineapple juice over bananas and drain off excess juice before placing on cream cheese, this keeps bananas from getting dark.
  8. Whip cream, adding 1 tsp. vanilla and sugar to taste; slowly fold in the remaining crushed pineapple.
  9. Spread over bananas.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cherries.
  11. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
