Ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers peeled
  • 2 cups Plain Yogurt low-fat
  • 4 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 3 tsp Dill Weed
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Directions

  1. Slice cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds and dice.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Chill at least 1/2 hour before serving.
