Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers peeled
- 2 cups Plain Yogurt low-fat
- 4 tablespoons Vinegar
- 3 tsp Dill Weed
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
Directions
- Slice cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds and dice.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Chill at least 1/2 hour before serving.
