Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour or whole wheat
  • 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Golden Raisins
  • 2 large Egg Whites
  • 1/3 cup Light Corn Syrup

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients and raisins.
  2. Add egg whites, syrup and vanilla.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Dough will be stiff.
  5. Drop tablespoon size dough on parchment paper covered cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 375° f (190° c) for 10 minutes.
